Albert Schloss

This one gets its own heading as it's spread over multiple locations! LiverpoolManchester and Birmingham (and pretty soon London). You can settle down for a hearty lunch and beer ('No Alkohol?' Check out our Livener on the cocktail menu), or you can party all night long with drag artists.

Blinker Bar

Locally sourced, artfully mixed and served with care. Dan Berger’s Blinker Bar is named after a vintage prohibition-era cocktail, with the venue perfectly balancing classic influence with contemporary upgrades, including a monthly changing menu that focuses on British seasonal ingredients. Having previously worked with chefs including Gordon Ramsay and Jason Atherton, Dan’s culinary approach to cocktails puts produce as the star of the show. All three of their non-alcoholic cocktails feature Three Spirit's Collection.


From the mediterranean to Manchester, Haunt is all about easy living. Coffee shop by day, speciality wine and cocktail bar by night. They're a fiercely independent family business with a keen eye for quality. Check out their No Fashioned mocktail featuring Nightcap.

The Church

The Church is a classic Victorian corner public house full of wonderful features, in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter. Upon entering, the cosy front bar will be your first port of call.
