Livener Watermelon Margarita
A fruity revamp of a classic
Give the classic Margarita a revamp with this fresh, fruit-forward take. Three Spirit Livener brings notes of guava, watermelon and ginger to get the party started with a touch of caffeine from guayusa and green tea to kick off the night.
Ingredients:
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz agave nectar
2 large cubes of fresh watermelon
2 cucumber slices
Garnish: cucumber and watermelon wheels
Method:
Place cucumber slices and watermelon cubes to a shaking tin, muddle lightly. Add the Three Spirit Livener, lime juice and agave to the tin. Add ice, shake and double strain into a glass. Garnish and enjoy.

1.5 oz Social
½ oz orgeat
½ oz orange juice
½ oz lime juice
1 or 2 large strawberries (hulled & quartered)
Garnish: fresh mint sprig & dried pineapple slice
Method:
Add strawberries to shaking tin. Measure Three Spirit Social, orgeat, orange and lime juice into the tin. Add ice, shake and double strain into a glass. Garnish and enjoy.

A soothing twist on the classic, perfect for a cozy night in or to round off a wild night. Brewed tea and the woody, aromatic Three Spirit Nightcap take the place of a great whiskey, and we keep it classic by finishing with orange bitters and a twist or a Maraschino cherry.
Ingredients:
2.5 oz Nightcap
½ oz honey
½ oz orange juice
½ oz brewed Oolong tea (cooled)
Garnish: orange twist or maraschino cherry (optional)
Method:
Combine Three Spirit Nightcap and all other ingredients in your glass, stir to dilute - about one minute. Garnish and enjoy!
