Please keep up to date with your tracking information to make sure you're definitely in for your delivery because we can't take responsibility for it, once we've sent your order out. Pick Up shops are currently unavailable and we are unable to confirm a specific delivery time slot for you - that's down to the courier. A delivery card or notice will be left for you to re-arrange any missed deliveries. We're unable to assist with this but the courier should be able to give you more information.
Orders placed Mon-Fri, by midday are usually packed and shipped the same day, but please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. You'll get a notification by email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on it's way!
We aim offer two shipping speeds for most regions, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't. In some regions however it is cost prohibitive to offer two shipping speeds.
