Every time you shop you earn points and you get bonus points for every activity you complete like creating an account, following us on Instagram, or signing up to our newsletter.

Every time you shop you earn points, the higher your tier the more points you collect on every $1 spent. Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy!

Simply log in before you add items to your cart, go to your Account > Rewards Balance > scroll down and select "Get reward" on the Rewards List. You will then receive a voucher code to apply at the checkout.

The rewards page is your gateway to all your points and perks. Sign in to your account and see how many points you have stacked up in the Rewards balance tab.

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your Plant Club account so be sure to become a member before placing an order so you can start earning points. When you sign up to the Plant Club you automatically receive 250 points to get you started!

Yes, all points expire 12 months after they are earned. Likewise for tiers, as qualification for each tier will be renewed each year.
