Wet the rim of a large highball glass with lime and dip the rim in crystal/flaky sea salt or Tajin.

Add Three Spirit Livener and fill the glass to the rim with ice cubes. Top up halfway with AVEC Grapefruit & Pomelo, stir and add more ice before filling the glass the rest of the way with more AVEC soda.

Garnish with grapefruit wheel.
