  • Salt or Tajin

Garnish: Grapefruit wheel

How to make it

Wet the rim of a highball glass with lime and dip in salt or Tajin.

Add Livener and fill with cubed ice.

Top halfway with grapefruit soda, stir, add more ice.

Fill with the remaining grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
