| Livener or Nightcap | 50 | 2 |
| 1 tsp of sugar syrup | ||
| A few dashes of orange bitters | ||
| 10-12 mint leaves |
How
Add all to a julep cup and half fill with crushed ice.
Use a barspoon to churn and combine all together well.
Fill the cup the rest of the way with crushed ice, until a mound is sticking out the top of the cup.
Add 2 short paper straws and 3 large sprigs of mint tucked right down into the ice.
