2 fl oz Livener or Nightcap
1 bar spoon of sugar syrup
A few dashes of orange bitters
10-12 mint leaves
Add all to a julep cup and half fill with crushed ice.
Use a barspoon to churn and combine all together well.
Fill the cup the rest of the way with crushed ice, until a mound is sticking out the top of the cup.
Add 2 short paper straws and 3 large sprigs of mint tucked right down into the ice.
